Ordering & Shipping
JB Ander accepts payment using Afterpay, American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Meta Pay, Google Pay, MasterCard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Venmo, and Visa. Sales tax is charged on items delivered within the domestic U.S. when required.
An email confirmation will be sent to you once an order is placed. A second email confirmation will be sent with the tracking number upon shipment of your order. Kindly note that all products are subject to availability. Your order will be canceled if your requested item is out of stock and you will be notified by a member of our customer service team.
All orders are processed within 24 hours or next business day and ship Monday-Friday from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA, excluding major U.S. holidays.
U.S. Shipping Costs
All U.S. orders are shipped free of charge to you, using either USPS, UPS or FedEx ground shipping. Once an order is processed, we will send you a confirmation email and a tracking number so you can track your delivery.
Free U.S. ground shipping typically delivers orders within 5 business days. If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping is available for purchase.
International Shipping Costs
International orders are shipped via carrier selection at checkout. Please select the option best suited to your region or delivery timeframe requirements. Once an order is processed, we will send you a confirmation email and a tracking number so you can track your delivery.

JB Ander reserves the right to not accept an order for which a suitable carrier cannot be found.
Please note that longer delivery times may apply due to weather conditions, unexpected delays, and remoteness of destinations. If you are concerned with the status of your delivery, please reach out to support@jbander.com and a member of our team will help you track your items. All orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
JB Ander is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to reasons that are out of our control (e.g., weather). Any claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by you with the shipping company.
Changes & Cancellations
We are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. Please return or exchange your purchase after receiving your order according to our Returns Policy.
