We answer all inquiries within 24 hours Monday through Friday, however please allow for additional time on weekends and during U.S. holidays.

Orders

How long does it take to process my order?

After placing your order, it will be processed within 24 hours or on the next business day. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and all major U.S. holidays.

Where does my order ship from?

All orders ship Monday-Friday from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA, excluding U.S. holidays.

How will I know when my order ships?

Once an order is processed, We will send you a confirmation email and a tracking number so you can track your delivery. Orders are shipped using USPS, UPS or FedEx ground shipping.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Although we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed, please reach out to our support team at support@jbander.com or via chat. We may be able to intercept your order and will assist you in any way possible.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

JB Ander offers returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original (brand-new) condition returned or exchanged in the original packaging within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

A refund or exchange may be denied if excessive scuffing and creasing is observed. Please try on shoes with care. We recommend trying on your shoes on a soft surface, and with a shoe horn, to avoid scuffing the sole or heel.

How do I start a return?

If you would like to return or exchange an item, you may do so by logging into your account for self-serve returns (https://account.jbander.com) or by following the return/exchange instructions in your order confirmation email.

You may also email support@jbander.com for direct assistance. 

If emailing support@jbander.com for return assistance, please include all the information below in the return request: 

1) Order number

2) Item(s) you are returning

3) Reasons for return (i.e. incorrect size)

JB Ander must receive your item for return/refund or exchange within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase. JB Ander has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet the return policy requirements.

Can I exchange my shoes for another size or style?

We know that it can be a challenge to buy shoes online. You can exchange any items meeting our return policy criteria within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

Be sure to try on your shoes on a soft surface to avoid scuffs, excessive creasing, or damage to the sole. 

Are returns / exchanges free?

U.S. Orders
JB Ander provides free return shipping on all U.S. orders. All exchanges also qualify for free return shipping.

International Orders
For orders placed outside the U.S., the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

International Shipping Costs

International orders are shipped via carrier and rate selection at checkout. Please select the option best suited to your region or delivery timeframe requirements. Once an order is processed, we will send you a confirmation email and a tracking number so you can track your delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Ground shipments typically arrive within 5 business days, however expedited shipping options are available for purchase at checkout.

Although we strive for seamless order delivery, please note that JB Ander is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to reasons that are out of our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather).
